• Preparation and capturing of clients- creditors, debtors invoices in Pastel

• Prepare and balance bank reconciliations

• Capturing Depreciation journal entries at year-end in preparation of ANFS

• Preparing and Analyse Client's Trial balance on monthly basis to ensure correctness
• Attend monthly meetings with clients to discuss client’s Income statement & Trial Balance to ensure compliance with client’s expenditure
• Preparing and submission of any client’s statutory returns to SARS
• Lodging of objections and appeals to SARS
• Tax advisory Service for SMME and personal clients
• Assist Clients with ways to ensure Business Growth and Business Decisions
• Attend SAIPA / SAAA / SAIT regular Meetings on accounting policies, Taxation and Companies Act
• Attend regular company meetings
• Prepare and maintain Client’s Company Registers
• Attend & assist with Disciplinary Proceedings (when requested) on behalf of our Clients

Attend and complete various CPD training courses as required by Professional Bodies to remain compliant and up to date with changing climate of various changes in various Taxations Laws in South Africa.
